Hey guys, wow....I start a lottttt of my posts everywhere with that....anyway, today has been filled with getting the house ready for our Halloween party tomorrow.
We have been pretty busy so I'm posting from my phone quick as I finish getting some stuff ready.
Well our downstairs bathroom is a mess. The shower started leaking through the walls about 4 or 5 years ago and due to monetary issues, we can't afford to fix it. The house was built before todays materials for bathroom walls really existed. Being the second owners, we take the brunt of the fixing and breaking.
Last year the shower pipes started leaking, causing a small flood. After dad checked all the shut offs, he found it leaking behind the shower faucet the only way to stop it was to literally break through the shower title and wall....soooo one shower for 5 people. So we decided to use the downstairs half broken, totally crappy bathroom to our advantage. You really never know how awesome the dollar store is until you decorate a room for 3 bucks.
If you decide to get dollar store fake blood, don't use your hands to smear it unless you have some dawn dish soap around. Normal bar soap doesn't work.
